Psalm 32:10) Baptism is a symbol of God's mercy toward us through
Christ's death in our place---He took the punishment and paid the price
of our sin so we wouldn't have to. When we are baptized by being
SUBMERGED, this symbolizes Christ's death. Like the water when we are
submerged, God's MERCY surrounds those that trust in His saving
power...we are immersed in His love and mercy.
